well I have to admit, I've been painfully slow at, well, doing anything in regards to updates... I hope you've enjoyed the photos though - I really want to publish my dissertation up here, as well as a decent bibliography, but I keep getting side tracked with other things - maybe I should just upload a word document for now... hmm well, stay patient :p

i've been slow updating things - well, i'm trying to sort out an application and it's numbing my brain; but ho-hum... i want to start putting some writing up - although learning of the building's "resurrection" has thrown me a little... well, bear with me if you can - i've semi-opened a forum for the discussion of eastern european architecture; although much of this is just an experiment... you'll find the link below - and if you're interested in the hospital's fate, i suggest you check out www.vas.lt/...!!! i want to be one of the first through those slides! hahaha
am i getting to grips with those aforementioned "design" issues? :p

this gallery is dedicated to the balneological hospital of druskininkai (demolished 2005) and to lithuanian architecture.
during the next few weeks, i hope to upload some critical text, and perhaps more photos - as well as a discussion board...
